Independent Advisors Participated as Guest Speakers in the Primary Care Manager Training Program by the Ministry of Public Health and Srinakharinwirot University

From January 25 to March 30, 2025, the Ministry of Public Health, in collaboration with the Faculty of Medicine, Srinakharinwirot University, organized the "Primary Care Manager (PCM)" training program. This program aimed to enhance the capacity of multidisciplinary personnel from the Chalermprakiat 80th Anniversary Hospitals nationwide, focusing on developing leadership in transforming the primary healthcare system. While the program was primarily led by government agencies and academic institutions, independent advisors affiliated with the company were honored to contribute as guest speakers in several training sessions. Their involvement reflects the recognized expertise of the company’s advisors in both academic and policy spheres. The company remains committed to fostering value creation across academic, public, and private sectors, in pursuit of innovation and sustainable national development.

From June 7 to July 27, 2024, executives and independent consultants from Wayfinding Co., Ltd. were honored to be invited as guest speakers for the Leaderships in Primary Care Management training program, organized by the Department of Preventive and Social Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, Srinakharinwirot University. The program aimed to strengthen leadership capacity among primary care managers and support health system transformation at the community level.

A total of 30 participants from hospitals across Health Region 4 (Central Thailand) engaged in this intensive training. Through interactive workshops, group coaching sessions, and hands-on innovation development using Design Thinking methodology, participants were guided to co-create and present actionable health service innovations tailored to their local contexts.

The program culminated in a final innovation showcase on July 27, 2024, at Chandra Resort Hotel in Nakhon Nayok Province, where participants presented their prototypes to a panel of experts. This initiative marks a significant step in empowering local health leaders to respond to evolving health system challenges through creativity, collaboration, and strategic thinking.
